How to Add New Listing

Adding a new listing is simple and easy!

1. First sign in to your account or register and then sign in.
2. In the left hand menu click the category link in which you want to add your listing. (Homes, Land, Rentals)
3. On that page click the 'Add Your Ad Here' link at the top of the page.
4. After inserting your ad you have the options to upload images, edit, delete & Get Featured.
5. Once your property sells PLEASE delet it by logging in and clicking Member Index at the top of the page.
6. NOTE!!! DO NOT use the dollar sign in your price. Commas (,) are ok. Also there are limits to the image size that you may use. (1500 pix. wide and smaller than 2 MB)
7. It is best if you resize your pictures to 600 x 450 for faster loading since the script resizes to that size anyway.
